Model design
Our approach
Any strategic issue can potentially be addressed through economic modelling.
Feel free to contact us to explore how a model tailored to your specific context could support your decision-making.
What is the process to design a new model?
1
UNDERSTANDING YOUR NEEDS:
- We begin with an in-depth discussion to clarify your strategic objectives, constraints, and available data.
2
METHODOLOGY DEFINITION:
- If an existing TXEM methodology matches your needs, we adapt it accordingly.
- If not, we design a fully bespoke methodological framework tailored to your specific issue.
3
MODEL DEVELOPMENT:
- We build the model in Excel or R, depending on your preferences and technical requirements.
- Regular workshops are organized throughout the development phase to ensure alignment, refine assumptions, and validate intermediate results.
4
DELIVERY & SUPPORT:
- At the end of the project, the model is delivered in a fully operational format (e.g., Excel).
- We remain available to answer any questions and to provide guidance on its use and interpretation.
F.A.Q.
How do we avoid a “black box” effect in our model design?
- Depending on the contractual agreement, you may receive partial or full access to the model’s calculations and structure.
- Beyond technical access, we explain the underlying methodologies during workshops, ensuring you fully understand the assumptions, mechanisms, and limitations of the model.
How is data confidentiality handled?
- If required, you may directly input confidential data into the model yourself, eliminating the need to share sensitive information with TXEM.
- We can also sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure full legal protection of your data.
