What is the process to design a new model?

First, we discuss your needs and the data available.

If we do not have already a methodology corresponding to your issue, we propose you a new one specific to your needs.

We built the model itself, on Excel or R, and frequent workshops will help us make sure it does fit your needs.

We transmit you the model at the end of the project (e.g., Excel format) and we remain available for any question you might have towards its use.

How to avoid any black-box effect concerning the model design?
- Depending on the contractual agreement, you will be given whether partial or complete access to the calculation inside the model.
- In any case, avoiding black-box effect is essential for you to be able to build confidence in the results provided by a model, and for that reason TXEM will also unveil aspects of the methodologies during workshops.
What about the confidentiality of your data?
- If needed, you will be able to insert yourself confidential data within the model; therefore, you will not need to share sensitive information with TXEM.
- We can also sign a non-disclosure agreement to provide your data with legal protection.
